430g Glass Fabric Double-Sided Silicone (80/80g)

Laminated glass fabric coated on both sides with 80/80g gray silicone is a high-performance composite material designed for demanding industrial environments. It combines a durable woven fiberglass base (approx. 430 g/m²) with double-sided silicone rubber coating, ensuring enhanced mechanical strength, flexibility, and long-term durability. The dual coating provides uniform protection on both surfaces, increasing resistance to abrasion, moisture, and chemical exposure.

This material offers excellent thermal performance, with continuous operating temperatures typically up to approx. 230–260°C and resistance to short-term higher exposure. It maintains flexibility even at low temperatures while providing strong insulation, flame resistance, and weather durability.

The silicone coating creates a smooth, non-stick surface with high resistance to oils, water, and aggressive chemicals, while also improving tear strength and lifespan compared to uncoated fabrics.

Thanks to its double-sided coating, this fabric is ideal for applications where both sides are exposed to harsh conditions, such as expansion joints, fire curtains, insulation covers, welding blankets, and protective barriers in industries including automotive, construction, energy, and chemical processing.
