430g Glass Fabric One Side Teflon

430g Glass Fabric coated on one side with gray PTFE (Teflon) is a high-performance technical material combining the mechanical strength of woven fiberglass with the advanced surface properties of a fluoropolymer coating. The base fabric (approx. 430 g/m²) ensures excellent tensile strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to mechanical stress, while the PTFE layer provides a smooth, non-stick and chemically resistant surface.

The material is designed for demanding industrial environments where both durability and surface performance are critical. It offers excellent resistance to high temperatures (typically up to approx. 260°C for continuous use), UV radiation, and aggressive chemicals, while maintaining low friction and easy-clean properties.

Thanks to its unique combination of properties, this fabric is widely used in applications such as conveyor belts, insulation covers, expansion joints, release layers in composite production, and protective barriers in the food, chemical, and mechanical industries. Its one-sided coating allows for efficient bonding or lamination on the uncoated side, while providing functional protection on the coated surface.
